Gaming Floor and What to Expect
Our casino on 45-55 Renshaw Street, Liverpool L1 2SF runs a full live gaming floor and stays open around the clock. Electronic gaming is available throughout the day and night, and from 12pm every day the live tables come on. If you turn up in the morning, you start on the machines, and as the day moves on the full floor opens up around you. Both areas run side by side, so a quick visit before work or a long overnight session works in the same building.
Entry is strictly for guests aged 18 or over, without exception, and we expect valid photo ID when you arrive. That comes from UK legislation as well as our own policies, so it is not something we can bend.
Local players voted us Liverpool’s best 24-hour casino in a public vote, giving us 40% of all responses. We finished ahead of Grosvenor Casino on Chaloner Street and Genting Casino Wirral. The result came through the 2026 International Casino Awards, where the winner was picked entirely by players. No judging panel, just people who regularly walk through the doors and use the venues.

Planning Your First Visit
We sit in the heart of Liverpool, close to the main city centre streets. For most people it is an easy walk from shops, bars or hotels, and public transport links bring you within a short distance. It is worth sorting a couple of things before you set off.
Bring a current photo ID. The 18+ verification takes place on the door and there is no flexibility on that point.
If you need the accessible lift, or want to double check toilet arrangements before you travel, ring 0151 702 7610. We would rather talk it through in advance than have you arrive and find that something does not quite match what you need.
To keep it simple, a first visit usually looks something like this:
- Check your ID is valid and actually in your pocket or bag before you leave.
- Make your way to 45-55 Renshaw Street - our entrance is clearly visible on the street.
- On arrival, go to reception so we can complete the usual entry formalities required under UK casino regulations.
- Decide what suits you - the live gaming floor from 12pm onwards or electronic gaming, which runs across the full 24-hour period.
- From 2pm the bar is open if you would like drinks while you play, and the restaurant runs on selected evenings.
- If you want to confirm the current schedule or anything specific before travelling, call us on +44 (0)151 708 8866.
One general point that helps: for late-night visits to any casino, it is sensible to eat something before you arrive rather than counting on kitchen hours matching your appetite. Our restaurant opens later than most, but it is still useful to remember that food service and gaming hours are not always identical.
Dining and the Bar
Our Chinese restaurant has been built into the venue since opening in 1986. It is not a bolt-on or an afterthought. For a lot of regulars it is the thing that sets Renshaw Street apart from a standard gaming hall. Hot Pot is available four nights a week - Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - and runs from 6pm right through to 2am. That timing covers most of the evening and late-night period, so having a proper sit-down meal in the middle of a session is realistic instead of just a nice idea you never quite get to.
The bar operates daily from 2pm until 3am. Cocktails, mixed drinks, soft drinks, the usual. Those hours overlap with the live and electronic gaming in a way that makes the whole evening feel more like a night out, less like a purely transactional stop.
The Liverpool Echo once called us “far more than a gambling hall”, and the phrase stayed with us because it matches how the building works in practice. Our long-standing link with Liverpool’s Chinese community goes right back to the early days, and the food offer reflects that connection. It is not set dressing or branding, it is part of what the venue is.
